Believe Pest Control came out today to treat my property for just all the everyday average pests. They had great communication right from square one. Through email, text or phone - so it is great for everyone. I knew exactly how much it was going to cost me and then I was actually charged that amount. All of the service and treatment was gone over with me very clearly. They were polite, knowledgeable, professional and extremely thorough! I didn't have any major issues and this was more of a preventative visit... but Jay still took his time, didn't rush through and was sure to treat everything! Such a great experience after the last company I used had less than stellar customer service, which is what led me to Believe.
